I hired Innovation Remodeling to do a complete bathroom remodel which involved the removal of a shower/tub, glass doors, vanity, medicine cabinet, and toilet; the installation of new flooring, shower walls, shower pan, toilet, pedestal sink, lighting and vent; and the conversion of a closet that faced into a second bedroom into a laundry closet that faced into the bathroom (while closing off the wall in the second bedroom). I also had them convert the small remaining closet in the second bedroom into an open 7’ closet and install a closet system. Despite the issues we encountered in my old building, Dave and his team remained professional and steadfast. They did a tremendous amount of work and I love the end product of both the bathroom/laundry and bedroom closet. In addition to all that, they also installed a ceiling fan and hung a large flat screen TV for me. If I had to give them a demerit (because no one is perfect and I never give a 5/5); they do not work on the weekend which has positive and negative aspects. The owner, Dave Schonbrun, is very accommodating, pays attention to the small details, is professional and easy to work with. The quality of work is great and pricing is very fair. I would absolutely recommend them or use their services again.
